Grand Cru Wine Bar & Wine Shop opening event raises money for Bellevue charity: Overlake Service League (OSL)
Preopening event in partnership with OSL shows generosity of wine lovers Bellevue, WA June 3, 2009-Grand Cru Wine Bar and Wine Shop, owners Steve Walker, Robert Reichel and Tom Cottrell, delivered a check in the amount of $1600 dollars to Trish Carpenter, Director of Fundraising & Development for Overlake Service League, a 501(c)(3) Non-profit organization whose mission is to help individuals in need within the boundaries of the Bellevue School District.
"What a great new establishment and fun evening. There was such a sense of community amongst the people in attendance and of course Overlake Service League thanks Grand Cru Wine Bar and Shop owners for making us the beneficiary of their April 29th pre-opening party", said Trish Carpenter, after attending the event.
"We are Eastside guys and we feel it is important to our success that we give back to our community.
