Free underground parking under the TEN20 building is available to all Grand Cru customers. To access the entry into the parking garage enter from 11th St. NE on the North side of the building. Parking is available in any of the numbered stalls immediately upon entering the garage. To get to Grand Cru Wine Shop and Grand Cru Wine Bar, utilize the "Retail Access" Elevator located near the garage entry. Access to street level is also available by stairs: stairwell entry is located on every level of the parking garage.

From I-405 Northbound

1. Take exit 13A & 13B for NE 8th St.
2. Follow signs for NE 8th St W and merge onto NE 8th St.
3. Turn right at 108th Ave NE.
4. Grand Cru will be on your right in the middle of the block.

From I-405 Southbound

1. Take exit 13B for NE 8th St.
2. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for NE 8th St W and merge onto NE 8th St.
3. Turn right at 108th Ave NE.
4. Grand Cru will be on your right in the middle of the block.
